Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains refunds and cancellations for (A) goods you buy in a store using QwikExit, and (B) the QwikExit Pro plan sold by BharatAI Solutions Private Limited. It is part of our Terms of Use. Nothing in it limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 or RBI rules.

A. Purchases in stores

When you buy with QwikExit, the store (retailer) is the seller. Your money goes to the retailer's account through its payment gateway (Razorpay, PayU, Paytm, Cashfree, PhonePe) or card machine, and the retailer issues the GST invoice. Refunds of the price of goods are made by the retailer, through the same gateway, to your original payment method (or in cash or by card at the counter, if you paid there). We help you get them.

A1. Returns and exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges follow the store's own return policy, shown in the store and available from its staff, and your rights under consumer law (for example for defective, damaged, expired or wrongly described goods, which must be accepted).
  • Take the goods and your digital receipt (Shopping History in the app) to the same store, or as the store's policy says.
  • Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. Cash refunds for digital payments are at the store's discretion.

A2. Payment problems we help with directly

Once you have left the store with the goods, a sale is complete, and it cannot be "cancelled" except as a return under the store's policy. Products sold on clearance or "no return" terms follow what the store told you at the time of sale, subject to your statutory rights.

B. The Pro plan

B1. Cancelling

  • Pro renews every month until you cancel. Cancel any time in the app (Offers → manage plan). You do not need to contact us.
  • After you cancel, you are not charged again and keep Pro until the end of the period already paid. The Razorpay mandate is cancelled at the same time. You can also revoke the mandate in your UPI app or with your bank.
  • Deleting your account cancels Pro immediately.

B2. When you get a refund

  • Charged twice for the same month: the duplicate charge is refunded in full.
  • Charged after you cancelled, or without your authorisation: refunded in full.
  • First payment, and Pro did not work: if a problem on our side stopped Pro features working and we could not fix it, ask within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund.
  • Long outage: if Pro features are unavailable for more than 72 hours in a row in a month because of us, we refund or credit that month on request.

B3. When there is no refund

  • Change of mind after the plan has been used, or forgetting to cancel before the renewal date (you will be reminded by email before each renewal where required by RBI's e-mandate rules).
  • Part of a month after cancelling: you keep access until the end of the paid period instead.
  • Offers not being available, or a store or brand withdrawing an offer: offers are made by retailers and brands.
  • Accounts closed for fraud or serious breach of our Terms, unless the law requires otherwise.

B4. Taxes

Pro prices include 18% GST. When we refund, the GST is refunded too and we issue a credit note.

B5. Purchases made through Apple or Google

If you buy Pro through the Apple App Store or Google Play billing, that store charges you and its refund rules apply. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com or in Google Play (Account → Payments & subscriptions). You must cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings; deleting the app does not cancel it.

C. Retailer subscriptions

Fees paid by retailers for the QwikExit Platform are refundable only as set out in the Retailer Terms and their Order Form.

D. How to ask, and timelines

  • Email hello@qwikexit.com from your registered email with: invoice number or payment ID, date, amount, and what went wrong (a screenshot helps).
  • We acknowledge within 24 hours, decide within 7 working days and tell you the outcome and reasons.
  • Approved refunds are initiated within 2 working days of approval and normally reach your account within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank, card network or UPI app.
  • For goods, we pass your request to the retailer and follow it up until it is resolved.

Not happy with the outcome? See Grievance Redressal, or contact the National Consumer Helpline on 1915.
