App Licence (EULA)

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Apps on devices you own or control, for their intended purpose and as allowed by the usage rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play. Store staff may use the QwikExit Store app only for the retailer that invited them.

2. Restrictions

• Do not copy, modify, rent, lend, sell, sublicense or distribute the Apps.
• Do not reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble them, except where the law allows it despite this restriction.
• Do not remove notices or use the Apps to break the law or our Acceptable Use & Fair Exit Policy.

3. Updates, permissions and data

We may release updates, and some features may need the latest version. The Apps ask for the camera (to scan barcodes and QR codes) and location while in use (to find stores); you can deny these in your phone settings, though some features will then not work. How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Apple and Google

If you downloaded an App from the Apple App Store or Google Play:

• This Licence is between you and us only, not with Apple or Google. We, not Apple or Google, are responsible for the Apps and their content, maintenance, support, warranty and any claims about them, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection and intellectual-property claims.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. If an App fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, which may refund the purchase price (if any); to the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• You confirm you are not in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• You must also follow the applicable third-party terms (for example your mobile network's terms) when using the Apps.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Licence and may enforce it against you.

5. Ending the Licence

The Licence lasts until you or we end it. It ends automatically if you break it. When it ends, stop using and delete the Apps. Deleting an App does not delete your account; see Account & Data Deletion.

6. Warranty, liability and law

The disclaimers, limits of liability, governing law (India) and dispute terms in the Terms of Use or Retailer Terms apply to this Licence. Questions, complaints or claims about the Apps: hello@qwikexit.com.
