ERP and POS integration
QwikExit needs three things from your systems: your item master with barcodes, your prices and your offers. We read them, and sales made in the app are sent back so your stock and accounts stay correct. Your ERP stays the source of truth, and there is no database migration.
Supported today
| System | How it connects | What syncs |
|---|---|---|
| Ginesys | Connector, scheduled sync | Item master, prices, offers |
| LOGIC ERP | Connector, scheduled sync | Item master, prices, offers |
| Any other POS or ERP | Your system pushes to our inbound API | Item master, prices, offers |
| No integration yet | Excel file upload | Item master and prices |
If your system is not listed, the inbound API is the usual route. If you work with an ERP or POS partner, we are happy to work with them directly.
How setup works
- Catalogue. We connect to your ERP or POS, or import your Excel file, and check that barcodes and prices come through correctly.
- Offers. We map your offer types so the app charges exactly what your POS would.
- Payments. Your Razorpay account is connected so money lands with you.
- Staff. We train your guards and store team on the QwikExit Store app.
How long it takes depends mostly on your ERP or POS. We agree the go live date with you before we start.
Price safety
If the price in the app does not match your POS, the item is flagged instead of being sold at the wrong price. Every change and every exit check is logged, and each staff member only sees what their role needs.
Try it in one of your stores. Tell us which ERP or POS you use and we will tell you exactly how the connection would work.
